Title deed (sakk)
صكThe document that proves ownership of a property or of a registered right in it. Electronic deeds are issued by the Ministry of Justice and mirrored in the Real Estate Registry. When a seller shows you a deed, check its number with the registry instead of relying on a photocopy.
