Working with Zullfa

Zullfa is free to read and free to ask. Buyers pay nothing. The business is paid by the licensed developers, brokers and lawyers it introduces buyers to, by one sponsor in each issue of the newsletter, and by developers who commission marketing work. None of it buys a place on the record, a kinder sentence or a figure left out.

For buyers

  • The guides, the zone maps, the cost calculator, the eligibility check and the law tracker, with a source and a date on every figure. No account, no fee.
  • Second Opinion: send us a price you were quoted and we go through it with you, with the five checks to run before any money moves.
  • An introduction, when you ask for one, to a licensed developer, broker or lawyer for your city and your case. We say who we are introducing you to and why; you deal with them directly.

For developers, brokers and lawyers

Introductions

A licensed partner pays Zullfa when a buyer asks to be put in touch and we pass the enquiry on. The buyer is told who they are being introduced to.

Newsletter sponsorship

One slot in each issue, marked as sponsored.

Commissioned work

Writing, film and campaigns for a developer's own channels, invoiced as any agency's work and marked wherever it appears on this site.

Your project on the record

A developer who sends us its price list, tenure and licence numbers gets them on its project page with the developer named as the source, at no charge, on the same terms as every other project. Write to hello@zullfa.com.

What money never buys

No developer, broker or advertiser pays to appear on the record, to be described more warmly, to have a figure left out, or to keep a competitor off a comparison. There is no commission on a sale: we are not brokers, and the licence we hold covers marketing only. Where a developer has not said what a buyer would own, its project page says so, client or not.

Sponsored and commissioned material is marked where it appears, and it never sits inside a page of the record without a label. We hold your details only when you give them to us, through a form, the chat or an email, and we do not sell lists: what each form sends, and how long we keep it, is in the privacy notice.

Corrections

A figure here is a dated record with a named source, so a correction is written as a new record that replaces the old one. The older rule stays published beside the one that replaced it, on the law tracker. If you find something wrong, write to us and we will correct it in public.

Who we are

Zullfa is published from Saudi Arabia. We are not a law firm, a bank or your broker, and nothing here is legal or financial advice. Who stands behind the site, and how a figure is checked before it is published, are on About Zullfa and Editorial standards. Journalists will find the boilerplate, the logo and the open data on the press page.
