صندوق الاستثمار العقاري المتداولA listed fund that owns income-producing property and pays most of its rental income out to unitholders. Buying units in a REIT with hotels or other assets in Makkah or Madinah gives you a stake in holy-city property without buying a home there, and you can sell the units on the exchange.
