Digital ID (for non-residents)
هوية رقميةAn identity number issued to someone without a Saudi ID or iqama, so that they can deal with government systems. A buyer from abroad needs one to apply to own, and for property it must be issued for that purpose through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, usually at a Saudi embassy or consulate.
